Delete your account

We’re sorry to see you go. You can delete your Kloven account and your saved data in two ways. Both options are equally permanent.

Delete from inside the app

  1. Open Kloven on your device.
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Your account, saved generations, and history are removed.

Deleting the account does not cancel any active App Store or Google Play subscription — cancel that separately in your store account if you no longer want to be billed.

Or request deletion by email

If you can’t access the app, send us an email from the address you signed in with. We’ll confirm the request and process it within 30 days.

Opens your email app with a pre-filled deletion request. You can edit it before sending. For instant deletion, use Settings → Account → Delete account in the app.

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile (email, name, sign-in identifiers)
  • All saved generations and history stored on our servers
  • Daily usage counters and analytics tied to your account
  • Subscription entitlement data in RevenueCat (removed when you delete your account in the app; email requests are processed manually)

What may be retained

  • Billing receipts and transaction records held by Apple App Store or Google Play, as required by their policies.
  • Records we’re required to retain by law (for example, tax and accounting records).
  • Aggregated, anonymised analytics that can no longer be linked back to you.

Processing time

Account-deletion requests are processed within 30 days of confirmation. You’ll get an email when deletion is complete.

Need to keep your account but stop being billed? You can cancel your subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings without deleting your Kloven account.
