Common questions

I’m getting an error or my generation failed. What do I do?
First, try regenerating from the Results screen. If errors persist, check that you have a stable internet connection and that the app is up to date. If the issue continues, contact support and include the error message you saw.
My voice recording was transcribed as “Thank you for watching” or similar.
That’s a known behaviour of speech-to-text models on near-silent audio. Make sure you’re speaking close to the microphone and recording for at least one full sentence. Kloven filters out the most common false-positive phrases.
OCR couldn’t read text from my screenshot.
Use a clearer, higher-resolution screenshot with good contrast. Avoid blurry photos of screens taken with another camera. PNG and JPEG up to ~9 MB work best.
I bought Pro on one device. How do I use it on another?
Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account, then open the app and tap Restore purchases on the Paywall or in Settings.
I want a refund.
Subscription refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not by Kloven. Use the in-app refund flow or reportaproblem.apple.com (iOS) or play.google.com (Android).
I want to delete my account.
In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account, or visit our delete-account page. We process deletion within 30 days.
